There is so much inactivity in our lives…you wake up and sit down for breakfast, then you sit in your car to drive to work, then you sit at work for 10 hours, you get home and sit down to eat dinner (hopefully with the family and not your tablet), you then sit down to watch hours of tv to finally go to bed and lay down for another 8 hours.
This is crazy people!!! We did not evolve from apes to end up on a couch, your body is designed to stand up and move so MOVE!
Go for a walk, go dance, run, lift weights…anything…MOVE!
You will die if you don’t!
