- English muffin instead of a bagel
- Greek yogurt instead of low fat milk
- Orange instead of orange juice
- Wrap instead of bread
- Apple slices instead of crackers
- Corn tortilla instead of flour tortilla
- Trail mix instead of mixed nuts
- Dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate
- Raisin bread instead of a cinnamon roll
- Edemame instead of peanuts
